Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we’re happy to offer a replacement, subject to availability.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
